Body Blast workout
Body Blast classes will incorporate cardio, strength and balance. We'll work the entire body. This class is designed for beginner through advanced. I'll offer modifications and progressions for your level. Class will require a pair of dumbbells that you can easily work with through several repetitions (3-10 lbs), your own body weight and a positive attitude. We'll work hard and have fun in the process.

Beginner bellydance movements
Learn beginning movements of bellydance. This class will focus on very basic dance movements. Focusing on the entire body. We'll start with arm, shoulder and hand movements, then move onto legs, hips and belly. It's a basic class to learn the movements and have fun in a group setting. We may add to the class an element of fitness for dancers.
