Monthly lessons and training sessions will be using the S.A,F.E. philosophy of progression and divided into three basic facets: stability, strength and power incorporating single to compound movements and combinations. Kettlebells are a great tool for building endurance, strength and flexibility. **Work at your own PACE and level of experience. Safety and form will be PRIORITIES of every session.

Kettlebell Conditioning (Level 1 & 2)
The kettlebell conditioning session will be conducted by Claudia Gunter and co-instructed by Jose Gunter. The session will focus on core strength and endurance. Instruction will be in H.I.I.T. format (timed intervals) for multiple types of kettlebell swings and floor work. Levels of instruction will be for beginners - advanced. Swings taught and practiced: standard 2-hands and single hand, "V", Figure 8, "W', alternating hands and side-swings. H.I.I.T. - TIMED intervals can be modified depending on participant's fitness level The swinging intervals can vary from 30 secs. - 3 mins.
