An adult type jazz class focusing on a full body workout while increasing confidence. We start class with a warm up and quick stretch, then progress to some technique and floor work, class ends with a short combination to get our heart rate up and put our training to use!! You will leave this class feeling empowered and stronger, both mentally and physically.

Vinyasa Yoga (level 2)
A more advanced version of the 55 minutes of vinyasa style yoga. We flow through a series of asanas connecting our breath with the movement of our body. Along with the mental exercise and relaxation techniques we do a full body workout. Our asana sequences are meant to tone muscle and increase flexibility. In level 2, we work on more advanced movements and flow through asanas more quickly adding more cardio to our workout.
