About the package
This is my popular three-part series on Yoga for Weight Loss. Each workout is approximately 25 minutes in length and is beginner friendly - but that doesn't mean it's easy! You will be guided through basic and effective poses, building flows that help to build lean muscle and trim fat. Start with part one, and build up from there. I hope you enjoy!

I believe in the courage to know our selves and to use our strength in creating the life we desire. I found yoga 20 years ago in my hometown of Ithaca, New York and continued to practice through high school and college, falling more deeply in love with the connection it gave me to my true self. For several years I lived abroad, floating from Italy to Spain, New York City, Mexico, and back to Italy, incorporating yoga into my travels and life rhythms enjoying the evolution of my practice. In Italy I began teaching yoga to university theatre students, and continued teaching when I moved to Austin, Texas in 2010. Yoga has been my truest teacher and guide. My classes guide you through challenging poses, encouraging you to find your own boundary and listen to your own voice. As an instructor I hope to help you cultivate love, courage, and true strength both on and off your mat.
I have 20 years of practice and 9 years as a teacher. I also train individuals & groups in strength and conditioning.
200 hour certification in power vinyasa yoga; ESL teaching qualification; double BA in Italian Studies & Philosophy.
