Yoga II with Diana: A stronger yoga class with hip openers - Class No. 1
This class starts with a vinyasa-style warm up and moves into hip openers both standing and on the floor. It is more designed for those that have had yoga for at least a year. It ends with shivasana so that you may stay in it as long as you'd like. Turn on your own gentle yoga music and light some candles. Enjoy!
