Power Yoga - Beginner warm up and Hip Opening sequence
This class features a very strong sequence to open up your midsection with a more beginner warm up to encourage a strong foundation. The main focus is on hips and pelvis flowing from one pose to the next while spending a little more time in each pose to get into the deep tissues of the midsection. core poses, and arm balancing that incorporate full body movements that will develop strength, flexibility and endurance in mind and body. This warm up is pretty intense but can still be done at your own level. Do every pose at your own level and have fun exploring these movements!
