Fabulous Floor Work!
Floor work can be a beautiful, impressive and even elegant addition to your routine.
This one hour class will focus on several floor poses to show off your tricks including tummy rolls and serpentine rolls, shimmies, seated turns as well as transitions to and from the floor.
The many variations will leave you with endless options and possibilities to put together your own floor work routine.
Please be advised that this class is very athletic and requires some level of strength and flexibility to participate. I will provide some basic exercises to help you prepare for a strong floor work practice
